What are the responsibilities? 

​

• Understand business challenges and devise solutions by leveraging Salesforce capabilities

• Guide the team in building solutions including activities involving data setup and data migration

• Utilize out-of-the-box features and configurations for rapid prototyping

• Strong experience in build and release management

• Demonstrate functional expertise in areas such as Sales Management and Service Management

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders ranging from business users to your teammates

• Work with product owner to identify scope and prepare roadmaps for future releases

• Experience in conducting workshops and user trainings; preparing documentation and delivering presentations

What is the eligibility? 

​

• BS or MS degree in any disciplines of Computer Science, Computer, Electrical or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• Sound knowledge of any one of the cloud offerings (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc). Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification is a must

• Knowledge of Agile practices, version control concepts, and tools like JIRA, GIT etc

• Nice to have experience in design thinking techniques

• Minimum 3 years of experience working across the Salesforce product suite (e.g., Sales, Service, and Community Clouds).
